friday afternoon realizations:
we were sitting around a table at an american chain restaurant in the clubby/party zone of the city when i turned around to see what was playing on the TV. gasp! the beloved red sox were up against the yankees. score! most sox games aren't televised here, but many yankees and dodgers games are, so i am always happy happy when i can catch the boys of Boston.
stream of consciousness:
wait... this series can't be.
they are not set to play each other until the end of the month.
and today is only the... TWENTY FIFTH!
ay. people who know me know that i have a little fit at the end of each month. september is no exception.
